Dudespin accounts are managed directly by the operator — we are an independent portal and cannot access, restore or unblock your account. Everything account-related happens at the operator's own site.
The route to your account
- Open the operator's own site — type the address directly or use a bookmark you trust.
- Find the sign-in button and select it.
- Enter the email address and password you chose when you registered.
- Confirm, and you are in.
No account yet? Registration happens at the operator too — we do not handle sign-ups.
When the block is deliberate
Some holds exist to protect your account or to enforce a limit you set. Verification may be required before and after deposits or withdrawals, at the operator's discretion. You will be asked to upload certified ID, proof of residence, and proof of ownership and transaction histories of your payment methods. Documents must be provided within 30 days of the request; verification usually completes within 10 days after everything is submitted.
Inactivity triggers a monthly fee of 5 EUR after 180 days without use — the account stays open, but the charge applies until you either deposit or close it.
Self-exclusion is a block you requested. If you chose to close your account under self-exclusion, that decision stands for the period you set. Contact customer service via email at [email protected] if you need clarity on when the exclusion ends. We cannot lift it — only the operator can, and only after the agreed time.
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Verification hold | Upload requested documents within 30 days; access resumes after approval |
| Inactivity (180+ days) | 5 EUR monthly fee applies; deposit or close the account to stop it |
| Self-exclusion in force | Access blocked for the period you requested; no early reversal |
Getting in from a phone
The operator's site works in a mobile browser — Safari, Chrome, Firefox — using the same email and password as on desktop. No separate credentials, no second sign-in process. The account is the same; only the screen size changes.
The handful of things that go wrong
- Wrong email or password. Double-check what you typed — a single character off means a failed attempt. Caps Lock on is the most common cause.
- Unverified account. Some operators ask you to confirm your email address before first sign-in. Check your inbox (and spam) for a confirmation link from the operator.
- Browser session problem. Clear your cookies, restart the browser, and try again. An old session sometimes blocks a new one.
- Regional block. Dudespin excludes players from Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Belize, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine (including Crimea), United Kingdom, United States of America, and Côte d'Ivoire. A VPN or proxy may trigger a block even if you are elsewhere.
Getting back in
Forgotten your password? The operator sends a reset link to the email address you used at registration. Look for a "Forgot password?" or similar link on the sign-in screen, enter your email, and check your inbox. The link usually arrives within minutes.
If the email address you registered with is no longer accessible — an old work address, a closed account — contact the operator's support directly. You will need to prove your identity before they can update the address on file. Expect to provide ID and proof of residence; this is not instant.
The right door for help
Account problems go to the operator, never to us. Reach them by email at [email protected] or through live chat, available 24/7. Support handles 17 languages: English, Spanish, Finnish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Italian, Greek, Czech, German, French, Slovak, Slovenian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, and Croatian.
Before you write, have these ready: the email address on your account, when the problem started, and the exact message you saw on screen. A detailed first message gets a useful first reply.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only at the operator's own address — typed by hand or reached through a bookmark you made yourself. Never follow a link in an email or a message, even if it looks legitimate. Phishing sites copy the real thing convincingly.
Use a password you have not used anywhere else. If another site leaks, a unique password keeps this account sealed. Sign out when you are done on a shared device — a laptop in a café, a tablet at a friend's place.
Gambling is for players aged 18 and over (18+). If play ever stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org and through the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7). GamStop offers free self-exclusion across all UK-licensed sites, and blocking software such as Gamban and BetBlocker can prevent access before a problem starts.
Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). We want your play to stay enjoyable — for free, confidential support, visit BeGambleAware.org.
